SHIFT-SPHERE is committed to safeguarding employee identities, right-to-work share codes, SIA badge numbers, and student visa telemetry with air-gapped enterprise-grade encryption.
1. Data Collection & Vetting Protocols
We collect personal identity verification metrics strictly necessary for UK Home Office Right-to-Work compliance, SIA badge status checks, and Tier 4 Student Visa weekly hour tracking. Data is processed solely for lawful workforce verification.
2. Air-Gapped Encryption & Vault Security
All passport share codes, BRP biometrics, and SIA license ledgers are stored using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Vaults are hosted within UK-based ISO 27001 certified data centers.
3. Individual Rights & Data Portability
Workers retain full ownership of their Verified Trust Passport. You may request telemetry export, badge status correction, or complete data deletion at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@shift-sphere.com.
