Terms of Service & Platform Agreement
Welcome to SHIFT-SPHERE. By using our workforce platform, SIA licence verification APIs, or student visa safeguards, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
1. Service Provision & Rota Automation
SHIFT-SPHERE provides automated shift allocation, right-to-work validation, and visa hour cap tracking. Users must provide valid SIA badge numbers and UK share codes.
2. Regulatory Compliance & API Usage
Our platform interfaces with UK Home Office and SIA public registries. Attempting to upload fraudulent share codes or alter timesheet hours automatically revokes platform access.
3. Account Termination & Zero Tolerance
We reserve the right to suspend any employer or worker account that attempts to bypass student visa weekly 20-hour limits or commit licensing identity fraud.
